State of the Freeport Address or the SOFA is an annual gathering organized by the SBFCC and in partnership with the SBMA, wherein the SBMA Administrator updates the business community of Subic Bay about the state of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in terms of economic growth and policies, plans and programs. SOFA 2019 is the thirteenth (13th) and the third (3rd) one that was delivered by the SBMA Chairperson and Administrator. Other LGU Officials, representative of some private and civic organizations, SBFZ residents and SBMA Officials attended this significant event.
