The International Coastal Cleanup Day is celebrated every 3rd Saturday of the month. It was initiated by Ocean Conservancy, a non-profit organization based in Washington D.C., in 1986. Its participated by more than 90 countries. The Philippines was the #1 country with the most number of volunteers in 2015. In 2016, the ICC was cancelled due to terrorist threat. ICC Zambales holds the title with the most number of volunteers in the Philippines with almost 90,000 volunteers back in 2015....
