At any given time, somebody, somewhere needs a blood transfusion. Blood is a true humanitarian gift which can only given by one human being to another. Whether you are a first timer or regular donor, your donation could mean saving the life of somebody today!
This coming 18th of October, 2019 will be the SBFCC 14th Annual Blood Drive in partnership with Philippine Red Cross Olongapo Chapter, Lab1 Diagnostic Center and Ayala Malls Harbor Point.
Blood Donation starts at 9:00 am until 3:00 pm at Ayala Malls Harbor Point Fertuna Bldg., 2nd Floor.

This blood sugar testing is courtesy of the Subic Bay Centennial Lions Club and LAB1 Diagnostic Center
A BLOOD DONOR MUST:
- Be in good Health
- Be between 16-65 years old (Donors 16-17 years old need parental consent)
- Weight at least 110 pounds
- Pass the physical and history screening
BEFORE DONATION:
- Have enough sleep at least 5-6 hours
- Disclose any physical symptoms such as cough, cold, fever, rashes or any open wound.
- Reveal any tattoo or ear piercing (must be a year from time of donation)
- Eat prior donation, avoiding fatty foods
- Drink plenty of water
